Position: Vacation Assistant

What You’ll Do:
As a Vacation Assistant, you’ll be the friendly voice that answers guest and owner inquiries, ensuring they have the best experience possible. Your role will involve a mix of tasks, from efficiently handling emails, texts, and phone calls to navigating various software platforms. You’ll run reports, process reservation refunds, and be the go-to source for guest and owner information.
Required Skills and Experience:
– Proficiency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Familiarity with property management software such as Track and text message software like Medallia
– Experience with email management software like Freshdesk
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
– 1 year of preferred experience
– Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
– Quick learner and self-sufficient worker
– Detail-oriented and efficient at task completion
– Empathetic and understanding nature
