Job Description:
As a Local SEO Expert at Sizzle Digital, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients’ online presence and driving local traffic to their businesses. Your primary responsibility will be to implement and manage local SEO strategies that improve search engine rankings and increase visibility for small businesses.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct comprehensive local SEO audits and create actionable strategies to improve local search rankings.
– Optimise Google My Business profiles and other local listings.
– Perform keyword research specific to local markets and industries.
– Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics tailored to local search.
– Monitor and analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software.
– Build and maintain local backlinks to improve domain authority and local search visibility.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, especially those impacting local search.
– Collaborate with the content team to ensure local SEO best practices are implemented across all content.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in local SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
– In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software (e.g., Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
– Strong understanding of Google My Business and other local listing platforms.
