Join Our Team: Part-Time Customer Service Representative Needed at Spectre Ventures

Spectre Ventures is actively seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to help us continue to grow our internet-based businesses, including eCommerce brands and content sites.

What You Will Do:

As a Customer Service Representative at Spectre Ventures, you will:

1) Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple brands, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2) Manage customer inquiries efficiently via Zendesk, addressing at least 40 tickets daily with an 85% CSAT score, under 5 minutes First Response Time, and under 24-hour Resolution Time.
3) Engage with potential customers to answer pre-sale questions and support existing customers by solving problems, providing order updates, and encouraging reviews after positive experiences.
4) Handle administrative tasks such as order logging, problem screening, processing returns, data entry, and issuing replacements or refunds as needed.
5) Fulfill basic Shopify tasks including order fulfillment, cancellations, edits, refunds, invoice creation, and discount code generation.
6) Propose ideas to enhance the efficiency and consistency of our customer service processes.

Our Ideal Candidate:

1) Has 3+ years of e-commerce customer service experience via phone and email.
2) Is proficient in Zendesk and Shopify.
3) Possesses excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
4) Is familiar with G-Suite applications (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).
5) Demonstrates empathy and understanding towards customer perspectives while considering business needs.
6) Is a dedicated problem solver who values helping others, works independently, and maintains a growth mindset.
7) Must have a personal computer/laptop with high-speed internet, a webcam suitable for remote jobs, and a noise-canceling headset for Zoom meetings.

Job Details:

1) Part-time: 20 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (Saturday work required).
2) Salary: $300/month.
3) Payment: Monthly.
