As the first point of contact for our esteemed clients, the Client Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in shaping their journey with us. You will be the voice, the heart, and the cheerleader that reassures, guides, and inspires confidence in the individuals reaching out for help.

– Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth, empathy, and understanding while communicating fluently in English with a neutral North American accent
– Learn and understand the unique needs and challenges of each individual contacting our office
– Encourage potential clients to take the step towards the assistance they need with an invigorating spirit that propels action
– Assist in generating new leads by reaching out and connecting with individuals who have shown interest in our services
– Collaborate with our dedicated team to enhance the client experience
– Ensure accountability, efficiency, and excellence in all client interactions

**Key Requirements:**

– Communication: Excellent communication skills in English with a minimal foreign accent (9/10). Spanish fluency is a bonus.
– Computer Fluency: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Windows computer literate and open to learning more – software and tools.
– Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, especially phone and door-to-door sales, is highly valued.
– Professional Attributes: Professionalism, dependability, flexibility, and a passion for consumer rights and helping others.
– Organizational Skills: Expert in organization (10/10), with masterful attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
– Remote Work: Ability to work remotely, utilizing technology systems effectively, with a private dedicated quiet workspace at home to ensure client confidentiality.
– Equipment and Software: Must have a PC/laptop, high-speed wired internet access (no WiFi), a two-computer monitor setup, and a headset with a microphone with quality audio. Must run Hubstaff and Slack on the local computer for timekeeping/tracking and team communication, respectively.
– Work Hours: Able to dedicate the hours of 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Arizona Time) Monday to Friday to work, with a strong attendance track record.
