SCORE Management
– Respond to emails from SCORE and mentees,
– coordinate mentoring shadowing, approve all requests,
– send welcome and scheduling emails to new mentees,
– upload session notes to SCORE
Personal Tasks
– Travel Arrangement
Social Media Engagement
– respond to comments, and comment on 100 diff IG profiles of people I am nurturing (and actually manage this nurture list)
– DMs
– Eventually – scheduling short-form, long-form posts x-platform
– Research topics and articles to support
Sales OBM (so no actual sales just backend office / online linking /copy and paste)
– double-checking links to make sure they’re live
– when a new offer comes out, make sure it’s linked appropriately
– update podcast show notes (backdate)
– edit sales pages/lead pages
ELI (energy leadership index) Management
– assign and send ELI invites
– pull ELI results and download them into the client folder for debriefing
Article Management
– Submit articles to different sites. Forbes and Medium
– uploading blogs to the website using the tool Squarespace
Client Experience
– onboarding gift
– follow up
– halftime report
– feedback post client
– referral program
