About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated SEO Manager to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, increase website visibility, and improve search engine rankings for our company’s website.
General Description:
Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new relevant keywords to use throughout the company website and marketing materials.
Optimize website content and structure for search engines.
Monitor and analyze website performance and implement strategies for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, techniques, and algorithms.
Collaborate with other teams, such as content and PPC, to ensure a holistic approach to digital marketing.
Communicate SEO performance and recommendations to managers.
Report on GA4 analytics and determine measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
Monitor Google Search Console and work with developer to fix issues.
Work with art and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content marketing.
Create and help execute link building strategy.
Write faith-based and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions to improve website search results.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a quantitative, test-driven related field.
At least three years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords PPC, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Moz
High degree of integrity, loyalty, and security measures regarding all confidential matters
Comfortable in a faith-centered environment
Active listening, efficient communication skills, and a persuasive personality.
Ability to encourage introspection, connection, and drive.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
Must be flexible and have the ability to switch gears quickly as needed.
Ability to pick up projects in various stages of development and carry them to completion.
