We are looking for someone to come on board to help us create articles out of interviews that we have done with entrepreneurs from many walks of life and many types of businesses.
There will be two pieces to this position: creating briefs and writing articles.
The Briefs will involve taking video interviews (automated transcript provided) and creating an article brief in the format of Challenge/Solution in chronological order. Examples of other articles will be provided as well as a template for the brief. The interviews themselves are conducted in a freestyle way that lets the entrepreneur go the direction they want while they’re talking. This means that the challenges and solutions may not be mentioned by the entrepreneur in chronological order. We would love to find someone who has a flair for storytelling and is great at presenting information in a helpful way but that also tells a story. Interviews are about 45 minutes long and previous articles have included approximately 10 challenges.
Must be proficient in Google Docs, and SEO, and be a proficient US English journalist or journalist-style copywriter for this section.
The next step is writing the articles once the brief is approved. Previous articles have been an average of 4000 words on average. Articles will need to include quotes from the entrepreneur, links to the tools they mention, and follow the examples of previous articles.

Must be proficient in: Google Docs, WordPress, and SEO, and be a proficient US English copywriter. Experience with Canva is preferred but not required. Ability to create articles that are aesthetically pleasing would be ideal including graphics, but will consider candidates without this ability. If you can do this, please do mention it though.
