Jr. Graphics Artist

A graphics artist, also known as a graphic designer, is responsible for creating visual concepts using computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers of Insources. They design creative content for online campaigns, print ads, websites, and even videos.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conceptualise and create visual designs for a variety of mediums, including websites, mobile applications (if applicable), print materials, and social media content.
Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
Create designs using a variety of design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Create original designs or modify existing designs to create a unique look and feel for each project.
Work with copywriters or marketing teams to develop effective visual designs that complement the written content.
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, easy to navigate, and user-friendly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload to meet project deadlines.
Collaborate with other team members, such as developers and project managers, to ensure designs meet project requirements and specifications.
Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.
Experience & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Has experience in web designing from scratch
A strong eye for visual composition
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
Experience with computer-aided design
Skills:

Tech requirements:
20 Mbps and up wired DSL and has a backup connection
Noise cancellation headset and webcam
Quiet and focused work environment
Able to work from 6:00 am /7:00 am – 2:00 pm / 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Manila time)
