The Jr. Media Buyer will report to the Sr. Media Buying team.

Job Overview:
As a Junior Media Buyer Intern at GymDesk, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to optimizing digital campaigns and enhancing brand visibility. This internship program offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in media buying, reporting, and administration.

Responsibilities and Duties:
– Assist in the coordination and execution of digital media campaigns.
– Support the Senior Media Buyer in analyzing campaign performance and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
– Proofread advertising materials and ensure quality standards before campaign launch.
– Conduct research on keywords, websites, and audience targeting.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
– Generate reports and assist with minor administrative tasks.
– Utilize social media marketing tools to contribute to brand awareness and engagement.
– Contribute to the creation and sharing of engaging content across various platforms.
– Create visual presentations
– Participate in the development of social media marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:
– Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
– Creative tools for visuals (Canva for example)
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
– Ability to work part-time from 8 am to 12 pm PST.

Growth Plan:
This internship program at GymDesk offers a growth-oriented pathway. Interns who demonstrate exceptional performance and proficiency during the evaluation period (first 3 to 6 months) will have the opportunity to escalate to a regular full-time Media Buyer position. Shift
Official work shift 8 am – 12 pm PST (flexibility available depending on workload or department)
Onboarding 8:30 am – 12:30 pm PST – 2 days
Training 8:30am – 12:30apm PST – 2-6 days

Compensation
$250 per month for 4 hours in an internship program
