EXPERIENCED | JR | SR Account Manager – Head of Growth

The Account Manager will be responsible for building relationships with high-value customers and delivering on deadlines for our Fund of Funds SPV product offering. We are looking for someone to take over the foundation that has been built and keep building, growing, and owning the relationships and operational processes.

Ownership of Account Management system and processes
Relationship Management from Prospect Conversion through Client Onboarding and Servicing
Building relationships with entrepreneurs and their investors
Whether a customer is a first-time capital raiser or a seasoned veteran, the Account Manager will make them feel confident in Tribevest’s product and services
Cross-functional teammate who will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Product teams to continually deliver valuable feedback and learnings to further improve our products and services

Experience in Financial Account Management (3-5 years)
Contextual knowledge, and use of language in Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Real Estate
Strong Project Management skills and demonstrated ability to move Clients through their life cycle (we use Monday)
Entrepreneurial: We want builders and people who take the initiative. If you notice a problem, it’s more valuable to Tribevest for you to assist in the solution, versus just raising a flag.
Strong Communication and Coordination Skills: Internally to Tribevest, we communicate via Slack (if you have used Teams, you will be fine!) and this role will live in Slack to ensure proper coordination across the team. Externally to outside stakeholders and clients, this role will need to ensure alignment across all external parties, primarily via email, but with clients, you will need to “meet them where they are”.
Comfortable with quick timelines and putting in the work to keep SLAs on track – which will likely require phone calls, not just email
Licenses (Series 7/66, NMLS)
Industry relations experience in the private markets (i.e. RE Syndication & Capital Raising)
Interest in real estate and alternative investing
