Junior Accountant for US Accounting Firm

We are seeking a FULL-TIME superstar Junior Accountant Virtual Assistant STARTING ASAP WHO IS AN EXPERT WITH QBO to provide support to our growing team! We are a North American based company who believes in providing exceptional customer service.

If you are a dedicated Junior Accountant Virtual Assistant who is a great team player, is willing to learn, holds 4+ years of experience in Accounting and is comfortable working a GRAVEYARD POSITION (10PM – 7AM PHILIPPINES TIME ZONE)

About the Opportunity:

As a Junior Accountant Virtual Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

-Accounts Payable
-Weekly/Monthly reconciliations using QBO (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE USING QBO)
-Monthly Reporting
-Full Cycle Bookkeeping
-Working Hours: FULL-TIME (M-F CST TIME ZONE)
-Time Zone: 10PM – 7AM PHILIPPINES TIME ZONE
-Salary Payment Dates: Monthly salary
-Start Date: ASAP

Job Requirements/Skills Needed:

-You are an expert with Accounting software QBO (BONUS: if you are certified)
-A professional level of written/spoken English, you must be fluent and comfortable speaking with clients
-You hold an Accounting degree and/or 4+ years of relevant experience as a Junior Accountant or in a similar role
-Having your CPA is a bonus

-Working graveyard is an absolute MUST
-MUST have a clear and strong internet connection with a BACK-UP GENERATOR if you are working from your home office (minimum 50 Mbps)
-Must provide your own laptop/work equipment
