Fractional Affiliate Management is experiencing rapid growth and we’re expanding our Affiliate Support and Admin team. We’re looking for people with a minimum of 1-year high-level VA and data reporting experience, with an added skillset of possessing excellent English writing skills and the type of personality that can engage in client conversations.

This is a full-time, remote position and there will be potential for performance raises and bonuses.

In this role you’ll be a voice of our brand and the brands of our clients. You’ll interact with clients through both email and instant messaging and be an integral part of collecting, collating, and providing data reports on the health of their affiliate program.

We’re looking for someone who is driven to succeed but who will also create a positive experience with each of our clients. You should be able to accurately and efficiently address client needs, yet also improve client reporting.

You have exceptional communication skills including a minimal accent (if any), active listening, excellent English written skills, and friendly/upbeat conversational manner
You’re polite, reliable, knowledgeable and adaptable, yet ambitious and passionate about your role
You’re autonomous/independent and enjoy working with little supervision
You can develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
You’re able to accurately measure and report on the performance of Affiliate Partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue

You have a quiet and private place to work
You can work in a U.S. timezone (9-6 EST)
