What are we looking for:

Multiplymii is in search of a Junior Amazon Catalog Specialist. As part of the Channel Ops organization, this Catalog Specialist will oversee the success of our brands on Amazon in close partnership with the Brand Management lead. The company is building a next-generation consumer products company, pioneering a marketplace-first, innovation-led approach to brand building. This role is a critical component of that strategy and achieving our growth ambitions.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

– Develop a deep understanding and continuous, self-directed education of best-selling practices on Amazon marketplace
– Create New Listing / New Item set-up in Amazon
– Update current listings and ensure that our catalog is complete; Identify missing/incorrect information during the upload, reach out to other teams if needed to obtain the missing/correct information when needed
– Performs bulk uploads relating to content updates and work through errors
– Submit and follow up on cases of uploading errors and push content from the backend to the front end.
– Implement promotions (coupons, promo codes, deals, PED)
– Upload videos to Seller Central and add to ASINs accordingly
– Create and edit A+ content in Amazon (through instructions/templates from Creative Team) and apply to ASINs accordingly
– Upload images and pdfs into a database (AWS) to generate links
– Buybox Monitoring
– Enroll Asins to Vine, Subscribe and Save, etc. as instructed
– Maintains a catalog and source of truth documents

About You:

– 2 years of direct experience in Amazon
– Fluent in English & prior experience working with companies based in the US
– Owner mentality with a bias for action; can make things happen in fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
– Preferred knowledge or experience (but not required) Keepa
– Obsess over customers – focus on creating better results/experience for the stakeholders
– Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems autonomously, prior experience working directly with Amazon to solve issues
– Excellent in managing own workload and prioritizing tasks
– Ability to manage and complete tasks at hand with a sense of urgency within an agreed and reasonable time schedule
– Demonstrable competency in organizational and analytical skills
– Strong attention to detail and time management skills
– Ability to manage and work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders within and outside the company such as translation companies
