We are looking for a Junior Amazon Specialist, your primary role is to support the Amazon team in managing the company’s Amazon account.
Job Summary:
The Junior Amazon Specialist supports the Amazon team in managing the company’s Amazon account by optimizing product listings, managing inventory, analyzing sales data, providing customer service, assisting with ad management, tracking performance metrics, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools, excellent communication skills, and a passion for e-commerce and Amazon.
Responsibilities:
– Optimize product listings
– Manage inventory
– Analyze sales data
– Provide customer service
– Assist with ad management
– Track performance metrics
– Conduct market research
Requirements:
– No experience required, but previous experience in Amazon or e-commerce is a bonus
– Technical orientation and proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
– Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
– Passion for e-commerce and Amazon marketplace
– Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
This is an entry-level position, and training will be provided. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a strong work ethic, and is passionate about e-commerce and Amazon.
