Junior assistant for social media accounts

This is a junior part-time role for a social media assistant that is a good position to learn about a multitude of tools, apps and media business operations while working closely with an experienced company founder.

User-level familiarity with Instagram, Whatsapp, TikTok, Reddit, Telegram, Facebook for sending messages, posting photos/videos, writing captions or comments.

The job role includes but is not limited to:

Communicating effectively in English with the management team
Sending and replying to messages according to provided templates to lists of contacts on a set of media platforms (Instagram, Whatsapp, Telegram, Facebook)
Writing captions and publishing photos/videos on social media accounts
Doing basic photo editing with mobile apps such as FaceTune and BodyApp
Using the Click to view/ platform to send messages and add contacts
Basic usage of Google Sheets to read lead data and write basic information
Use ChatGPT/AI to write better english posts
Use web tools to make regular Reddit posts

This job pays 2$/hour with the possibility of increasing pay as the assistant becomes experienced and valuable to our company’s daily business operations.

This is a part-time role with variable time requirements depending on the day (2 hours a day up to 8 hours a day). The expectation is to start the working day sometime after 10AM up to 1PM PH time with flexibility in the schedule. The number of hours a day is not fixed, and as a counterbalance we allow you to have some flexibility of when you start your day.

Assistants are required to log their work hours for the day with short descriptions of the work done every day.
