We are looking for Junior AU Loan processors that are willing to be trained for 3 months and has potential to increase their remuneration up to Php 30k per month once the VA pass the training.
This position is open for candidates with at least 6 months to 1 year work experience in Home loans or mortgage processing either from local, US or AU based clients.
Job Summary and Qualifications
The ideal candidate has keen attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, tech savvy and has mindset growth personality. We are looking for a candidate that can easily adapt in a fast-paced working environment and can work under pressure.
If you have relevant work experience in lender pricing tools, servicing calculator and lender servicing calculator, this is a PLUS!
Responsibilities:
– Review and collate signed forms from the loan applicant client for verification and loan processing
– Review client financials and verification documents and input the data into our CRMs and servicing calculators
– Cross check the information with other documents and upload to Apply Online
– Complete all necessary customer information in the lending calculator tools.
– Order valuations and prepare detailed loan proposal.
– Obtain relevant information and evaluate applicants’ financial status, including credit history, compliance documents
– Determine the best financial products available to meet the clients needs
Requirements:
– Bachelors degree in finance or in business administration, economics, or a related field.
Has at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in the mortgage lending or banking industry as a loans officer or similar. Open for Fresh graduates that are interested to build a career in Australia Mortgage Broking.
– Should have a basic understanding of mortgage finance and had direct experience in dealing with primary loan/mortgage applicants.
– Working knowledge of Australia’s banking policy and loan procedure is a PLUS.
– Proven experience in reading and determining client requirements through financial documents and making correct conclusions on the viability of said client to obtain a loan and finding the appropriate financial products.
– Demonstrated experience in digital CRM system/s
– Positive attitude and trustworthy
– Excellent numeracy skills
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
With stable internet connection (at least 35mbps upload and download)
With own work laptop/desktop and a back-up equipment
With conducive home-office work set-up
WORK SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday- 6 am to 3 pm PHST
