Job Summary:
You will be responsible for the bookkeeping tasks for a small group of our client base. This will include:
– Using our receipt management software to publish supporting documentation into Xero
– Reconciling bank feeds with accuracy and consistency
– Maintaining invoices and bills
– Communicating directly with the client with their weekly wrap up emails
– Support our Senior Bookkeeper and accounting team to complete Quarterly BAS
– Opportunity to contribute to our internal knowledge system?
Software Knowledge: (desirable, but not essential)
– Xero
– MS Suite (especially Excel) / Google Suite of apps

– Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm South Australia time
– Location: Permanent Work from Home
– Equipment: New equipment supplied
– Start Date: Immediate job opening
– Reporting to: Senior Bookkeeper & Director
Performance Appraisals: You will have a 6 monthly performance review, identifying your strengths and areas for improvement. Salary will be formally reviewed annually along with the opportunity for you to provide feedback to improve your position and the firm.
