**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sourcing Manager to join our team. This role involves contacting factories, sourcing products, and performing various administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Identify and contact factories for sourcing custom apparel products and more.
– Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers.
– Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new supplier networks.
– Ensure the timely delivery of products by monitoring production schedules and logistics.
– Perform administrative tasks, including but not limited to, data entry, report generation, and correspondence management.
– Collaborate with the team to ensure all sourcing activities align with company goals and objectives.
– Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed sourcing decisions.
– Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and supplier information.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
– Proven experience in sourcing and procurement, preferably in the apparel industry.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
– Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
