Position Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position requires 40 hours per week, working European hours of the day. As a Junior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing ad campaigns on Facebook, utilizing your video and image editing skills to produce compelling creatives.

Key Responsibilities:
-Start your week by reviewing new requests from Campaign Managers.
-Create and launch Facebook ad campaigns based on the instructions given.
-Develop creative content for campaigns using provided examples or guidance.
-Monitor campaign performance daily.
-Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers to refine and improve campaign strategies.
-Stay updated with the latest tools and techniques in digital advertising.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
-Excellent command of English.
-Proficiency in video and image editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and ElevenLabs.
-Basic understanding of AI tools and their application in digital marketing.
-Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager is a significant plus.
-Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-initiated work approach.
-Analytical thinker with a pleasant demeanor, eager to learn and excel in internet advertising.

Ideal Candidate:
-Bright and ambitious, with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
-Hardworking, with an eagerness to grow and make money through advertising.
-Previous online campaign management experience is a bonus but not required.
