Junior Client Account Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Client Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with existing clients and identifying growth potential that fits our existing offerings, holding regular business reviews with clients to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to improve their technological stance.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn our Products: Learn the various tools that ACS uses to enhance the client’s technology.
Data gathering: Collect and maintain accurate and up-to-date contract compliance to ensure appropriate billing.
Outreach: Engage with existing clients through phone calls and emails to ensure that we are not only meeting but exceeding their expectations.
Lead qualification: Determine where the client currently is with our solution stack and determine what the next steps are to move them toward a wholistic solution.
Meeting scheduling: Set up meetings with decision makers to educate them on where their company is currently and where we feel they should be by defining a technology roadmap for them.
Collaboration: Work closely with the senior Client Account Manager team to ensure a quality process is created and the appropriate presentations are created and maintained.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong research and data gathering skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
Experience in building customer relationships.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Prior experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
