Junior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with the team and business stakeholders to identify data needs and objectives
– Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
– Perform exploratory data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and correlations
– Conduct statistical analysis and generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings effectively
– Assist in building predictive models and forecasting tools to support business decisions

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
– Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data manipulation techniques
– Familiarity with data visualization tools
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
– Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
– Prior experience or internship in data analysis or a related field is a plus
– Self-Motivator and goal-oriented
– Problem solver
