We are a leading, family-owned, accredited online microschool for students who learn differently. (WASC Accredited)
We have over 750 students enrolled in our Microschool (ages 6 to 18) and 2000+ students enrolled in our tutoring service across all 50 states. We are the country’s leading Virtual Microschool for students with special needs.

Do you want to help build our NoCode Systems as part of a fast-paced, energetic, structured team that is on a mission to improve education for students worldwide?

We are a school marketing agency + online tutoring company looking for a NoCode Developer to join our Technical Operations team. You will get to learn new tools, sharpen your skills, and build great tools that you will be proud of. You will have all the resources you need, you will follow realistic, structured project plans, and you will work alongside hands-on colleagues who really help you out.

Some sample projects, automation, and workflows you will be working on:

-Debug, adapt, and improve complex Zapier flows to make them more efficient and faster.
-Extend our Parabola flows to achieve new data formats and connect to additional API sources and outputs.
-Replicate many of our Zaps in Backendless API Services using Backendless Codeless Logic Blocks.
-Design new DB tables and new Business Logic in Backendless and fill them with data from other tools.
-Create internal dashboards using Backendless UI Builder.
-Support and enhance the connections between our CRM, our Tutor dashboard, and our database.
-Gradually add new features and options for our tutors, our sales team, our customer success team, and our parents.

Requirements:

-Deep understanding of at least one popular low-code/low-code data transformation tool: e.g. Zapier, Integromat, Parabola, n8n
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of API/JSON, database structures. Willingness to learn new tools such as Backendless.
-Some knowledge of JavaScript.
-Show us a portfolio of automations.
-Fluency in the English language and ability to communicate clearly and proactively.
-Ability to work on projects in SCRUM, plan ahead effectively, report to colleagues on your progress, and deliver tasks on time.
-I desire to work independently and asynchronously with the use of screencast videos, screenshots, Slack, and task management software to keep everyone updated.
-Full-stack development and UI expertise are nice to have but not necessary.
