A Junior Digital Marketing Associate is to envision, lead and execute content strategies with the goal of growing brand recognition and driving purchase intent. Junior Digital Marketing Associate are responsible for building quality content that not only builds connections but also links business to its customers, potentially leading to greater customer retention. Junior Digital Marketing Associate are experts in curating and sharing further expert knowledge in their field, helping companies develop brand authority.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day activities
Manage and run digital marketing campaigns, including email campaigns, social media campaigns, and paid advertising to generate leads or to grow existing accounts
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Increase brand awareness and digital footprint
Engagement and strategy for expanding company’s social media presence
Design and manage company website
Creating material for a specific audience to convert browsers into buyers, comprehend their target audience and execute marketing strategies
Soliciting feedback helps you improve your own content creation abilities
Deliver a message that’s both clear and captivating
Create content in a distinctive and unique way
Devise a strategy that informs and engages clients
Keep up with industry news and trends
Essential to know what customers desire and what problems they might encounter
Report, track, and measure paid campaign performance based on KPIs and benchmarks.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Work with cross-functional teams across the company to align on objectives.
Monitoring social media status, collecting, and recording relevant data, and being responsible for data analysis results.
Must haves:
Passionate in Digital Marketing
Willing to work in-office
Technically competent, knows how to use a computer, basic troubleshooting
Has some prior experience in content creation (Social media, Blogs, Advertisements, etc.)
Fluent in English
