Junior E-commerce Assistant

Amazing remote worker opportunity for a creative and driven person experience of working with Shopify. Pole Junkie is a fast growing eCommerce business, with a bright and inclusive culture and we’re hoping to find someone that will be the perfect fit, both for the role and as a team member.

Hours of work: 8am – 4.30pm GMT, Monday-Friday

Salary: $500p/m increasing to $550p/m after probation period and $600p/m after 1 year.

The role includes:
Creating products on Shopify
Assisting with product launches
Liaising with suppliers for product imagery and information
Copywriting for products
Updating and curating collection pages on UK & EU sites
Managing purchase orders, updating inventory across sales channels and liaising with warehouse managers
Managing inventory barcodes
Carrying out ad hoc tasks to ensure website and apps are up to date
Identifying eCommerce improvements

Desired skills and attributes:
Experience working with Shopify
Experience working with Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to be self motivated and work independently
Keen attention to detail
Remote working experience
Problem solving ability
Organised and capable of working to deadlines
Experience communicating with team members via Slack
Experience using photo editing software
A creative eye
Positive attitude
Willingness to learn
An interest in fashion, dance or pole is a plus!

Experience preferred, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
