What you will do operationally:
Responsibilities Ecom Admin
– Managing listings on Amazon Sellercentral incl. battles with their support. Currently, we sell on Amazon in US, EU and AU in more than 7 marketplaces.
– Specifically, this means answering customer requests, managing support cases, uploading product listings, creating FBA shipments, …
– Managing Shopify shop listings and respective changes
– Managing our internal data management using Airtable
Responsibilities Finance
– Making international transfers to our suppliers, and logistics providers, warehouses, team members and any other organization we have to make payments to
– Preparing bookkeeping & collecting invoices for our monthly accounting process
– Communication with a tax consultant on the monthly accounting process; finding missing invoices through cross-referencing different tools we use
What you will do strategically with the rest of the team:
– Expanding our product portfolio to different geographical regions
– Optimizing the use of our software and making sure that data is entered correctly by creating easy to use data entry forms

– You have experience in finance, administration, bookkeeping, management or a related field
– You enjoy working with numbers and processes
– You love structure and can help others work within it
-You are determined and dont let yourself down easily. Working especially with Amazon can be hard to do and one might need several tries to get a job done. You can take the challenge and fight Amazon support!
Happily welcome but not a requirement:
– Have experience or interest in psychology & personal development and develop an understanding of our psychology target group as well as coaching & training methods
– Have a good understanding of technical SEO and experience using an SEO tool like Ubersuggest
What we can offer:

– Reliable compensation that goes directly to your account. There is a 3-month probation period with a monthly compensation of Php30,000. Afterwards, you have the option to join us full-time with a regular salary and benefits including paid holidays, 13th-month pay, sick leaves, etc.
– Work when you want. We understand that some of us are early birds while others prefer the late afternoons or evenings. Your work schedule is up to you! Trust is a core value within the team and so is responsibility and accountability. This is one reason why we do not have time tracking. As this is a full-time position, we expect a 40-hour work week. The metaFox team currently has members working in Germany and in the Philippines.
