Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in email marketing and e-commerce, strong English skills, and an exceptional eye for detail. The primary responsibility involves taking designs provided by clients and building the email templates within Klaviyo. While experience with WYSIWYG editors such as Klaviyo, MailChimp, Squarespace, or Shopify is a bonus, comprehensive training will be provided. This is a full-time, long-term role with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build email templates for flows and campaigns in Klaviyo using provided designs.
• Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices.
• Conduct A/B testing and optimise email performance with guidance from senior team members.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement email marketing strategies.
• Provide feedback on email design accuracy and identify potential improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong interest in email marketing and e-commerce.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in spotting spelling and grammar errors.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo (preferred but not required).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (a plus).
• Familiarity with Shopify and Google Analytics (advantageous).
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle email marketing (a plus).
