Works as right hand to the EA and learns all processes:
Manages ISA team
Manages CRM
Manages Sales Marketing Campaigns
Plans, schedules, and executes social media and email content
Create content plans or calendars to drive engagement and promote online brand awareness
Webpage for each Products/Services
Listing/Sold etc.
Design and create images or video content using different software:
Canva
Photoshop
Illustrator
Oversees daily management of social media cand email ampaigns
Ensures brand consistency and authority
Engages with consumers through messaging, commenting, and other social media engagement methodologies
Sets-up and manage social media business pages:
Facebook
Instagram
Twitter
Youtube
Google My Business
Interprets and create social media reports and analytics
Plans and strategize on social media paid ads:
Facebook Ads
Instagram Ads
Twitter Ads
Youtube Ads
executes all digital content
Creates & edits quality multimedia marketing content such as videos, photos, presentations, flyers, etc
Designs printable flyers for listings, open houses, etc.
Designs printable business cards, door hangers, brochures, etc.
Designs digital promotions or ads to promote a certain product
Creates & updates scheduled digital marketing content for all digital platforms
Manages & upkeeps digital marketing calendars
Content Creation
Create captions & descriptions for marketing materials
Create logos, banners, and other digital company representation tasks
Brainstorms & evaluates emerging technologies
Recognizes & adapts to the new digital trends
Measures the success of each digital marketing campaigns
Researches on the business industries’ competitions

Reviewing and analyzing client sites for areas that can be improved and optimized.
Develop content to include keywords or phrases in order to drive traffic to the website.
Writing powerful calls-to-action to convert visitors.
Writing effective SEO content for blogs, websites, and social media accounts.
Developing link-building strategies.
Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
Keeping updated on both white hat and black hat SEO strategies to avoid stay within search engine guidelines
Compiling and presenting SEO guidelines
Experience with website optimization tools
Turns in Start of Day and End Of Day Reports detailing tasks planned and completed as a time sheet.
