Position: Junior Graphic Artist
Department: Product Development
Location: Virtual
Reports To: Senior Graphic Designer / Product Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Artist to join our Graphic Development team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and refine art files for our product development tech packs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
Art File Creation: Develop and prepare art files designed by other graphic team members for inclusion in product development tech packs.

Art Cleanup: Clean up and refine art designed by other graphic team members to ensure it meets quality standards and is production-ready.

Tech Pack Preparation: Accurately add and organize art files within tech packs for seamless communication with vendors and manufacturers.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designers, Product Development Manager, and other team members to ensure all artwork aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.

Revisions and Updates: Make necessary revisions to art files and tech packs based on feedback from internal teams and external vendors.

File Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval for team members.

Quality Control: Review and proof art files and tech packs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and correct errors in artwork.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to art files and tech packs efficiently.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with tech pack creation and requirements.

Job Type:
Part-time/Full-time (40 hours a week) Tuesday-Saturday 4am-1pm PHT preferred.
