Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team at HoneyGuide Creative as a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually compelling designs across various platforms. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in the Adobe Suite, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for working on diverse design projects.
Responsibilities:
Adobe Suite Proficiency:
Demonstrated proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Illustrator.
Ability to navigate and utilize the latest features and tools within the Adobe Suite.
Design for Various Platforms:
Create visually appealing designs for business stationery, including business cards, letterheads, and envelopes.
Develop signage designs for both print and digital applications.
Design engaging and responsive websites, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Produce eye-catching social media graphics for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Corporate Identity:
Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate identity guidelines.
Ensure consistent branding across all design materials and platforms.
Communication Skills:
Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas with team members and clients.
Collaborate with various departments to understand design requirements and objectives.
Creativity and Innovation:
Bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table for design projects.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into your design work.
Time Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively and take constructive feedback positively.
Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry advancements.
