Job Summary

We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Illustrating and designing assets based on the design principles and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing design assets by making use of industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Affinity Creative Suite.
• Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
• Communicating with the Marketing department about layout and design.
• Creating assets for digital marketing campaigns
• Upholding the company’s corporate brand guidelines as well as our partners.
• Maintaining and developing the company’s design system.
• Assistance with creating assets for various channels like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Website.

Qualifications

• With a minimum of one (1) year Graphic Designer experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Affinity Creative Suite.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Able to solve visual problems.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Basic knowledge of website builders such as Shopify, Webflow, or WordPress.
• Open to learning new tools.

Essential Requirements for Remote Work:
• Reliable Laptop or Desktop Computer.
• Stable and high-speed internet connection.
• Power source and backup internet connection in case of electricity interruptions.
