JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER – VIRTUAL

We are looking for a candidate with great attention to detail, problem solving skills, a good understanding of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop with good written communication skills. This individual needs to work well with others and enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment as well as on their own. As a JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately maintaining a library of design templates, inserting client logos and files into our production templates, verifying production specification are met before releasing files as well as editing and cleaning up Vector and Raster files. You will report directly to the CEO of the company. This position is part-time virtual with some flexibility of the number of hours per week and the possibility to grow into a full time. Availability of several hours a week during US East Coast business hours is required. Candidate must provide access to their own computer, with reliable internet access as well as a quiet and secure place to work.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– CLEAN UP LOGO AND IMAGE FILES
– BUILD PRODUCT TEMPLATES
– PREPARE COMPS AND MOCK UP OF PROJECTS
– ANNOTATE COMPS REGARDING DESIGN IMPACTS ON PRICING
– REVISE COMPS BASED ON CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
– PREPARE FINAL PRODUCTION ART
– PREPARE ART FOR PRINT MARKETING
– PREPARE ART FOR EMAIL MARKETING
– PREPARE ART FOR WEBSITE
– ATTEND WEEKLY ONLINE STATUS MEETING
– OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS REQUESTED
