ABOUT US: The Human Resources Department is responsible for managing and overseeing various aspects of the member’s life cycle within an organization. We are seeking a Junior HR Administrator to join our amazing team!
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
– Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or Human Resource Management
– Previous experience as an HR Assistant or similar administrative role is an advantage
– Knowledge with HR processes
– Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications specifically Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Canva
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong problem-skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Administrative Support: JHRA handles various administrative tasks, such as maintaining member records, organizing HR digital documents, and updating databases. JHRA may also be responsible for scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence for the HR team.
– Member Records Maintenance: JHRA is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records. This includes ensuring that team members’ files are complete, managing electronic member databases, and handling confidential information with discretion.
– HR Reporting: JHRA to assist in generating HR reports and compiling data related to team members’ demographics, turnover, training, or other HR metrics. HRA assists in analyzing data and preparing reports for the HR Lead, HR Manager, and management.
– HR Projects and Initiatives: JHRA is involved in various HR projects or initiatives, such as assisting with member engagement programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, or HR system implementations. HRA will also provide support by assisting in research, data collection, and project coordination.
WORK HOURS:
To be determined – FULL TIME, 40 hours/week
COMPENSATION/PERKS:
