Job Description

The Junior Human Resource Administrator is essential for providing crucial administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless HR processes. Responsibilities include upholding policies, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting TalentPop’s human capital management efforts.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

Administration
Monitoring of email and timely correspondence for the HR Team
Administration of TalentPop’s Hubstaff and Hubspot accounts:
Invitation of new team members to Hubstaff
On time deletion of team members from Hubstaff and Slack
Timely movement of tickets on Hubspot
Monitoring and Addition of overtime (OT) requests via Hubspot and Hubstaff
Timely Issuance of Company ID of team members
Member Records Maintenance & Reporting
Maintenance of the and Members’ Master List and Hubstaff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in Hubstaff and of the member master list
Takes charge with data entry and maintenance of member files, ensuring completeness and compliance
Checks member contracts, offer letters, and ensure accuracy of details across documents
Maintenance of the HR Manpower Report
Preparation of the weekly HR Manpower Report
Ensure completeness and accuracy of data in the HR Manpower Report
Timely send-out of the HR Manpower Report to the HR Team Lead
Organization of HR electronic documents

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or Human Resource Management
At least 3 years (or more) of experience working in HR within a BPO setting. (required)
Previous experience as an HR Assistant or similar administrative role is an advantage
Knowledge with HR processes
Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications specifically Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Canva
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
