We are one of the fastest growing companies in the E-Commerce space and we are seeking a dedicated Junior Human Resources Specialist for Member Relations to join our team!

We are experiencing exponential growth (over 600% in the last year) and are looking for HR associates in the Philippines to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and optimize the relationship between TalentPop and its members while ensuring compliance with the company policy and code of conduct as well as laws and regulations. Here are some key responsibilities of a Junior Human Resources Specialist for Member Relations:.

Responsibilities:
– Foster positive relationships between members and TalentPop This role is also tasked to create a harmonious and productive work environment by addressing member concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
– Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations is a critical part of this role. The Junior HR specialist for member relations must be well-versed in federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations and ensure that HR policies and practices align with these laws to mitigate legal risks for TalentPop.
– Investigate allegations of misconduct, discrimination, harassment, or other policy violations arise, Junior HR specialist for Member Relations must conduct thorough and impartial investigations.
– Be involved in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures and contribute in crafting and revising policies to promote a positive work environment, ensure legal compliance, and address emerging issues.
– Provide training to members and managers to prevent legal issues and promote a respectful workplace.
– Collaborate with other HR professionals, legal counsel, and senior management to align HR efforts with organizational goals and strategies.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
– Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Criminal Justice
– Has worked, and has deep knowledge of the BPO industry, with at least 2 years of experience in the HR department
– Knowledge and previous experience in HR processes in a BPO company, candidate background checking, employee compensation and benefits, and labor laws
– Strong research and analytical skills
– Exceptional attention to detail
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications specifically Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Canva
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

REQUIREMENTS:
– Laptop/Desktop with Ryzen 3 or Core i3 processor or higher
– Stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)
– A backup power and internet connection
