Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Junior Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance marketing and has a solid understanding of the latest digital advertising platforms and trends. The Junior Media buyer will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across various digital channels to support our clients’ marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement paid media strategies and tactics to support marketing plans for clients
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across all platforms including but not limited to paid social media, paid search, digital display, and programmatic
Monitor campaign performance to ensure consistent delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on investment (ROI)
Use analytics tools and platforms to develop insights, track progress, and provide recommendations for optimizations and testing
Foster positive relationships with external vendors providing media services in order to negotiate the best rates

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital advertising campaigns across various channels (e.g., Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform campaign decisions and optimize performance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with contractors or in a similar industry is a plus
