Job Description

We are looking for their next Junior Media Buyer rockstar who will step in and help the Lead Media Buyer in strategizing, optimizing, launching and maintaining excellent results both for our internal and client accounts.

As a Junior Media Buyer, below are your expected responsibilities
– STRATEGY: Create weekly strategies with the Lead Media Buyer for client accounts and our own internal account that build on insights from data gathered in the account and research performed by the team.
– STRATEGY: Maintains a steady pulse of the client’s industry and competitors, on what trends and strategies are other businesses using to get results on paid media buying – which included Google Ads, Platform, Meta Ads Platform, Google My Business, SEO, Youtube, YT Shorts, Titktok, etc.
– DELIVERY: Perform daily optimizations on campaigns to achieve the target goals both for our client account and our internal account. Manage ad campaigns across multiple advertising channels.
– DELIVERY: Ability to provide insights on best creatives that can fit our campaigns.
– DELIVERY: Ability to take the end to end running of a campaign – from the creation of campaign creatives and building ads from scratch both static and videos to launching, optimizing and maintaining – this is however not required but definitely a huge plus.
– DELIVERY: Create documentation for clients to streamline team processes and workflows.
– DELIVERY: Use our systems daily to deliver results to our clients while suggesting improvements and optimizing those systems.
– DELIVERY:Submit a periodic update on the status of the campaigns, the tests we’re running, and the progress on the execution of the weekly strategy.
– DELIVERY:Plans and executes on well informed tests to increase results.
– DELIVERY:Identify and create a decision making framework to go along with rules to optimize the accounts on a consistent basis.
– DELIVERY:Maintain active communication through email, Slack channels, and/or calls but only as needed.
– DELIVERY: Write at least 1 case study each month on a client campaign that performed well.
– RESEARCH: Stay on top of the latest trends in Digital Marketing – ideas and options available for us and our clients.
– RESEARCH: Conduct periodic research on different marketing strategies we can test for our clients.

We are looking for below qualifications for our applicants:
– Expertise with marketing psychology and what gets people to click & convert
– 1 year of experience with the Meta Ads platform
– Lead Generation media buying is emphasized – as opposed to E-Commerce.
– Highly analytical and data driven
– Keen attention to details and high degree of accountability
– The ability to analyze data points and provide key insights and recommendations
– Excellent work ethic and can multitask with minimal supervision
– Exceptional teamwork skills: you support the success of your teammates
– Proactively communicates, especially with issues.
– An eye for design at minimum, although being able to create visual assets is a bonus. Canva or Design experience, video editing skills – preferred but not required.
– Willing to work on EST Time zone.

This job is permanent work from home with an hourly rate between $5 – $7/ hour depending on your skills and experience. A more experienced applicant will have a higher offer depending on the expertise he/she brings into the table!
