Junior Media Buyer
We are looking for a media buyer on Google or Meta with specific experience advertising pet enrichment toys. The ideal candidate will have an established track record in generating at least 3-4 ROAS via these platforms. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT SHOW EVIDENCE DURING INTERVIEW.
You would become a Junior media buyer, looking after 1 small account and working under a Senior Media Buyer and Strategist. Managing a portfolio means you will need to be an expert at tracking and measuring KPIs for products like CPA, ROAS, CRO, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is for someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves when a challenge is presented, enjoys being a proactive problem solver, and is a natural team player who’s up for new challenges. You will be working directly with the founder for this role and will own the below activities:
Core Areas
Competitor research: looking at funnels, ad creatives and stores of different competitors.
Media buying: know how to structure media purchases, test audiences, drive and optImise conversions and cost per conversions.
Metric measurement and analytics: understanding which metrics should be monitored and why, understanding how they can be used to optimise campaign performance.
Angle development: work with senior media buyer to develop creative angles, work with editor and creative lead to develop copy and video scripts.
Daily Tasks
Campaign set up, launch and optimisation.
Setting tracking via GTM ensuring that we are generating sales at our target cost per lead in our niches.
Working with our creative strategist/video editor to produce new video ads.
Familiar with Shopify back-end and how to connect it with Google or Meta and troubleshoot issues with connections or tracking.
Reporting KPIs to the founder at our weekly/monthly team meetings.
Meeting daily and weekly lead delivery targets.
