We’re in search of a talented Junior Developer with a flair for Tailwind CSS to join our team. As a Junior Developer, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, learning the ins and outs of while contributing to the development of cutting-edge web applications. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. **Full-Stack Development:**
– Assist in translating design mockups and templates into interactive web interfaces using and Tailwind CSS.
– Collaborate with senior developer to build and maintain reusable components for streamlined development.
2. **State Management:**
– Learn to work with state management solutions such as Redux or React Context API.
– Assist in implementing stateful logic and asynchronous operations.
3. **API Integration:**
– Gain experience in integrating RESTful APIs, Stripe API endpoints, Jotform, Calendly, and many others into applications.
– Support in handling data flow between the front end and back end systems without exposing sensitive data or sensitive code.
4. **Testing and Debugging:**
– Assist in writing and maintaining unit tests using Jest or React Testing Library.
– Learn to debug issues and optimize code for performance.
5. **Code Quality and Best Practices:**
– Follow established coding standards and best practices.
– Willingly participate in code reviews and apply feedback for continuous improvement.
6. **Learning and Growth:**
– Demonstrate eagerness to learn new technologies and stacks as required by project demands.
– Engage in training sessions and mentorship opportunities provided.
7. **Collaboration:**
– Work closely with cross-functional teams including the client, and other managers.
– Participate actively in team meetings, providing input and feedback on project progress.
QUALIFICATIONS-
EDUCATION:
– Prove that you can code what you say you can code, and that you can hold a conversation with a client to understand their requirement.
– You will need to ask questions based on a scenario to see how well you can extract requirements from a client who doesn’t know anything about technology or websites.
– The client may not even know what they need and you may need to make recommendations.

SKILLS:
– Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
– Familiarity with and Tailwind CSS.
– Basic understanding of APIs and dataflow.
– Solid grasp of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
– Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
