As a Reporting Associate, you will play a pivotal role in generating insightful reports.

Position Overview:
As a Reporting Associate at Stojo, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and generating insightful reports. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, and have experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Responsibilities:

Sales Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports to provide insights into revenue trends and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth.

Financial Transactions:
Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Record and categorize journal entries to maintain a comprehensive and organized general ledger.

Data Analysis:
Pull reports from various sources, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Shopify, Amazon, etc.

Account Maintenance:
Recategorize accounts as needed to align with financial reporting requirements.
Update and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Payments Processing:
Record and reconcile payment transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Collaborate with the accounting to resolve discrepancies and variances.

Compliance and Reporting:
Prepare sales tax reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about changes in accounting standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
