The People & Culture team will reimagine and shape 2San’s People Strategy and provide expert support in the areas of organisational design, compensation & benefits, talent management, employee relations, employee engagement & wellbeing, learning & development, diversity & inclusion and corporate social responsibility.

This brand new role is ideal for anyone looking to enter the world of HR and to actively participate in every aspect of the employee journey from recruitment, onboarding, development, retention and separation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in refining, shaping and launching effective HR operations, policies and procedures across a variety of regions. The role will support the configuration and launch of our new HR platform including complex data management, workforce data processing and reporting; ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all regions.

Key Duties
• Collaborating with other areas of the business to ensure the smooth running of the People & Culture administration processes.
• Compiling, recording and updating information on our HR systems to ensure the accuracy and security of information.
• Provide support in terms of drafting and distributing recruitment, onboarding, performance and policy related documents and communications.
• Support with the creation of content related to People & Culture processes and standard operating procedures
• Help with projects that increase engagement and play a role in creating a positive employee experience
• Respond to straightforward queries and requests for information and proactively escalate more specialist and complex queries or requests to the People & Culture Director.
• Assist in providing support in the administration of employee relations cases, including grievance, disciplinary, performance, change management and sickness absence cases.
• Assist in processing and update key business documentation, ensuring details are entered correctly onto the HR system.
• Leverage technical skills to propose process improvements, expand reporting capabilities and automate tasks
• Regularly review and troubleshoot processes and HR data to identify opportunities for further improvement

The Requirements
Technical Expertise:
• Studying towards a relevant bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in Human Resources or other related field.
• A minimum of 2 years recent experience in HR related position.
OR
• A minimum of 3 years recent experience in HR related position.
OR
• A minimum of 4 years recent experience in an office. administration position in an international environment.
AND
• Strong experience with data operations.
• Excellent technology skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience of writing reports and building metrics.
• Strong HRM system/software experience
• An understanding of recruitment methods, as well as employment law.
• Experience of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including associated administration such as managing monthly payroll information

Circumstances
• Fluent in English (C2 or above)
• Must be eligible to work in region
• Able to work remotely alongside globally dispersed teams and across different time zones

Working Hours & Tech Setup.
The business support administration team are currently based in the Philippines but service our global operations in the United Kingdom, United States, Denmark and Australia. This role will be required to work an overlap of at least 4 hours with the UK time zone e.g. 12:00 noon to 20:00 PST = 04:00 to 12:00pm GMT allowing a 4 hour overlap.
In addition to the above, you must also have the appropriate technology system & software in place as below:
• Internet not lower than 10 MBPS
• Laptop or PC with at least Intel Core i3 processor and 4GB RAM (or equivalent)
• Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Creative Suite
• Noise cancellation headset & a webcam
