Position Title : Junior People Operations Specialist
Basic Compensation : $4.00 USD
Working Conditions : Full-time, Remote Work

We are one of the fastest growing companies in the E-Commerce space and we are seeking a dedicated Junior People Operations Specialist to join our team!

We are experiencing exponential growth (over 600% in the last year) and are looking for HR associates in the Philippines to join our team.

A Junior People Operations Specialist will be primarily responsible for researching and proposing improvements and changes within our organization. Additionally, the role will play a key role in creating and implementing employee engagement programs and activities.

Responsibilities:
– Administrative Support
– Research and Analysis: Conduct research on People Operations processes, identify, and address inefficiencies, and propose an innovative solution to the HR department and stakeholders.
– Initiate activities and create informative posts to encourage employee engagement through Slack channels
– Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and engagement initiatives.
– Prepare reports on engagement metrics, survey results, and improvement recommendations.
– Collaborate with HR team members to align process improvements with engagement goals.
– Performs other applicable functions that may be assigned by the People Operations Lead, Department Manager, and the Founders of TalentPop.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
– Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, or Human Resource Management
– Has worked, and has deep knowledge of the BPO industry, with at least 2 years of experience in the HR department
– Knowledge and previous experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and facilitation of company initiatives and activities
– Proficiency in using Google Workspace applications specifically Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Canva
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
– Someone who is high-energy and can effectively engage with others
– Someone who knows how to properly communicate through Gmail and Slack
