We are looking for a hard working Junior Sales Assistant! This is a full-time, mid-level position with great potential for advancement to the right contractor(s).
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm US MST/PST, 40 hours a week.
Pay: 800 USD/Month ($5/Hr) + 13th Month Bonus
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior Sales Assistant to primarily handle inbound sales activities with some outbound tasks. This role involves data management, scheduling coordination, and active participation in client engagement through various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be the first human impression for our clients, embodying a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:
*Inbound Sales and Client Engagement:
– Manage inbound sales inquiries and demo forms, qualifying leads to match with the appropriate sales representative.
– Conduct discovery video calls, using a script and form to gather essential information.
– Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring a smooth sales process.
– Represent the company as the first point of contact, showcasing excellent interpersonal skills.
*Outbound Sales Activities:
– Using our Salesforce and Outreach, create outbound email sequences for campaigns to book meetings for Account –Executives for upcoming conferences and travel.
– Using LinkedIn and DialPad (or other telephony solution), engage with clients on these platforms to book upcoming meetings for Account Executives
*Data Management and Technical Proficiency:
– Handle data cleanup and input in Salesforce, ensuring data quality for the sales and marketing team activities. Includes updating contact information for title, email, and company changes.
– Conduct website research on new accounts coming inbound to ensure they match our ICP and enrich their account data with critical information required
– Conduct LinkedIn research to support sales initiatives.
– Update and validate information in Salesforce, managing email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
– Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Asana, Outreach, G-Suite, and Zoom.
Administrative and Organizational Skills:
– Support a maximum of 5 video meetings per day, averaging 1-2 daily.
– Demonstrate high organizational skills and self-starting capabilities.
– Collaborate with the sales team via Slack to manage the flow of information.
Qualifications:
– A minimum of 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
– Strong communication skills and a professional presence for daily video interactions.
– Ability to work independently, be proactive, and take initiative.
– Excellent time management skills and adaptability.
– Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
– We REQUIRE that you have worked with American companies.
– Technical proficiency in CRM systems and office tools.
– At least 2 years of experience working full-time in a virtual role.
– Experience in remote work, team collaboration, and excellent attention to detail.
– Strong time management, prioritization, analytical skills and adaptability.
– Must be available to work US MST/PST hours as well as other on-call times.
