Job Description

Our company belongs in the home services industry where we provide home services (e.g., electrical, plumbing, aircon, handyman, mattress cleaning, etc.) and supply household appliances.

We are looking for individuals who are responsible, committed, and accountable, but most importantly, take pride in the work that they produce cum oversee. There will be ample opportunities for one to grow and nurture a multitude of skills. This job will require you to commit full time from Monday to Friday, 830am – 6pm PHT, and the pay scale ranges from $350 to $400 USD/month.

Roles and Responsibilities
1. Creating and maintaining a social media marketing editorial calendar, with targeted topics outlined for different dates, as well as a plan for where and how content will be shared.
2. Research writing, producing, outsourcing, and all sorts of content production (written, image-based, video, etc.), with the primary focus on social media marketing efforts.
3. Growing and expanding the company’s social media presence into new and relevant social media platforms, like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
4. Monitoring brand and product related conversations to measure sentiment, watch for PR emergencies, identify important relevant discussions, answer questions, etc.
5. Working closely with a cross functional team and HQ.
6. Website Creation
– Establishing and maintaining the website architecture
– Establishing and maintaining the websites’ internal link library
– Creating, maintaining, and finetuning the websites’ static pages
7. Assist in the ad-hoc maintenance and update of all websites under the Everyworks Group.
– Product Feature Image
– Product Infographics
– Product Descriptions
– Promotional Banners
8. Assist in the ad-hoc support of team members’ duties in their absence

Key Requirements
– A solid background in marketing, social media, advertising, or design.
– Minimum 1 year of working experience in the advertising, media, or digital marketing industry.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently and follow timelines closely.
– A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Keen attention to detail and context.
– The willingness to keep yourself updated with the latest social media trends.

Experience in the following area will be advantageous:
– Photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva, etc.)
– Storyboard and/or Script Creation for Video Production
– Video editing software (Davinci Resolve / Capcut, etc.)
– Talent Acquisition and Management
