**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented Junior UI Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and has a knack for creating visually appealing designs using Figma.

**Responsibilities:**
– Translate client requirements into a UI (User Interface) solution
– Design and improve UI for our products using Figma.
– Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers to translate requirements into high-fidelity designs.
– Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and user flows.
– Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

**Requirements:**
– 1+ years of experience in UI design.
– Proficient in Figma; familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch) is a plus.
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
– Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
– Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Education:**
– No degree or related education is required. We consider experience in UI Design to be more important.
– Prove that you can build what you say you can build, and that you can hold a conversation with a client to understand their requirement.
– You will need to ask questions based on a scenario to see how well you can extract requirements from a client who doesn’t know anything about technology or websites.
– The client may not even know what they need and you may need to make recommendations.
