We are seeking a Junior Virtual Assistant to support our existing processes and team members.

Role Overview: This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is meticulous, eager to learn, and capable of developing and managing standard operating procedures (SOPs). The Junior Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency by shadowing our current Virtual Assistant and learning all aspects of their daily tasks. Applicants should be independent, capable of working without supervision, and ready to take the lead on projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
Shadow and Learn: Closely shadow our current Virtual Assistant to understand and learn all facets of their responsibilities.
SOP Management: Review existing SOPs for accuracy and relevance, and take initiative to create new SOPs where they are needed to ensure consistent and efficient processes.

Process Optimization: Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and contribute to implementing effective solutions.
Team Support: Provide support to the team by ensuring all procedural documentation is clear and accessible, aiding in smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:
Proven ability to handle administrative tasks and assist in process management.
Keen attention to detail and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
Ability to work independently without supervision and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in e-commerce especially Amazon or a related field is preferred. no Hollow close well missing appointment
Familiarity with online tools Such as Helium 10 and software used in virtual collaborations.
