Are you the missing Puzzle Loving Junior Virtual Personal Assistant that this Singapore Based Real Estate is looking for?

We are looking for someone confident of their ability and willingness to learn and grow into a role. A lack of experience in similar roles is not a handicap, and in some sense, may be boon, as you will be figuring out how we can work together with the rest of team. You should of course, continue to read on to see what we expect you to do.

We are well equipped in both disposition and resources to train you, and we are willing to devote a significant amount of paid training time, if we are the right fit for each other. If you have more than 2 years of working experience under your belt, your slice of heaven is probably somewhere else and we wish you fair winds and good fortune wherever else you end up at.

Our missing piece (maybe you?) will like to solve puzzles. Puzzles about workflow, puzzles about how our business can run more efficiently, puzzles about how you can leverage on tools in the market to create something that the whole team will say “Why didn’t we think of that??”. Heck, even puzzles about how you can help us avoid the mistakes that we keep making but which you know can be solved with simple hacks you came across browsing on instagram. If you are usually that person in your family who takes delight in fixing that broken pipe with something that you found in the back of the kitchen cupboard, you are probably who we are looking for.

In the beginning, you will be helping us with

1) Managing appointments and coordinating communications with our clients and projects. (Understanding how to use Google Calendars is a plus) . I assume you know email! And the holy grail of Inbox zero.

2) Real Estate market research. (Will need to have web-browsing and data entry skills (Google sheets/Excel)

3) Posting updates on Facebook/Instagram (It would be good if you are familiar with these platforms)

4) Drafting documents in English (Would love for you to write well, no need for literature flair, but clear and precise language will be sufficient to begin)

5) Basic video editing (Capcut familiarity will be good) (Or are there better programs out there that you rock at?)

However, more than the degree of expertise, we are more interested in the person, as we believe that any of the above skills can be learnt by the right person. The right person will also, be a CID.

If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it. Its tough but it helps the whole team move forward, We are all human after all. If you think we made a mistake that will jeopardise the project, we expect you to let us know also, and we will appreciate it.

Desire to Learn. We are a small team, but growing. You have to be open to learning new skills and taking on new projects. If you are not excited about improving your skills and trying your things other than doing whatever you have been doing before, you may find us insufferably boring to you. We should probably not hang out.
