Job Title: JUNIOR Web Developer & Support (INBOX)
Job Overview:
Our company is seeking a motivated and willing-to-learn JUNIOR level Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, development, and maintenance of websites and web applications. You will work under the guidance of experienced developers to gain hands-on experience in building and launching websites and web applications for our clients. You will also be responsible to help monitor the web inbox for support and tickets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate and looking to jumpstart their career.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues and bugs
Optimize websites and web applications for maximum speed and scalability
Ensure that our websites and web applications are mobile-responsive and accessible
Website support & inbox management (TICKETS)
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
Familiarity with website building
A great eye for design
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Motivated and Results-oriented
Time and project management skills
Willingness to learn new technologies
Ability to respond to direct messages in a timely manner (1-5 minutes) while on shift
Preferred Qualifications:
A portfolio of web development projects is a plus
Email management
Basic knowledge of SEO
Currently residing in the cities of Bago, Bacolod, Talisay, or Silay
Experienced working in the US time zone
Equipment specifications:
Must have a computer or laptop (at least i3 or Ryzen 3 processor, 8 GB of RAM)
Reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps up and down speed)
Must have a smartphone for backup (in case of internet connection issues or power outages)
