Junior Web Development Project Manager

AAMP Agency is seeking a Junior Web Development Project Manager to assist in the oversight of the development and implementation of websites for our clients in the tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development, digital marketing, and project management, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure accurate assignment and planning of projects.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on all website projects to ensure adherence to design and functionality requirements before project delivery.
• Knowledge in website development and design.
• Work alongside the team on website project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Assist in coordinating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and content creators, for seamless project workflows and successful project outcomes.
• Support communication and coordination efforts with clients, including gathering requirements and providing project progress updates.
• Maintain organized project documentation to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
• Engage with customers to facilitate timely delivery of assets and necessary materials.
• Demonstrate basic proficiency in note-taking during meetings.
• Gain a fundamental understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles.
• Verify the completion of projects and tasks.
• Provide project progress reports to clients upon request.
• Address customer inquiries through emails.
• Assist with customer support requests on an as needed basis.

Requirements:
• Must be able to work in the US Pacific Time Zone (8:00 AM PST to 5 PM PST)
• Must be highly fluent in English (Speaking, Reading, & Writing)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate challenges in a dynamic project management environment.

• Experience working with advertising & marketing agencies
• Experience working with website development team
• Experience working with travel and tourism operators
