ABOUT US:
We provide Google Workspace implementation services to small businesses in Australia and other countries – many of whose are a mix of Macs, PCs and mobile devices and generally have between 5 and 50 staff. We also support the G Suite ecosystem including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Calendar, Hangouts and Sites.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

– Managing multiple ‘technical’ elements and areas in our business covering app connections, automation, integrations, fixing ‘sync’ issues, regular system maintenance, web development, etc.
– Data manipulation and graph presentations using Google Sheets and Pivot Tables.
– Lightweight API-based app integrations (using ‘connector’ tools like Zapier/)
– Google Workspace Automation, Scripting and Looker Studio
– Other tasks as assigned by the Pod Leader

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
– MINIMUM 1-2 years of experience in Google Workspace Automation and Scripting
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge of workflow management principles and techniques.
– Proficiency in using workflow automation tools and software.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Experience with process improvement initiatives is a plus.
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
