We’re Performance Golf, one of the Inc. 500 fastest growing startups in America. We provide online golf training programs and coaching to amateur golfers looking to improve their game, and will soon be offering physical products too.
We use Direct Response marketing strategies to bring prospects into our online marketing funnel through Facebook, YouTube and TikTok video ads.
Our video editing team currently consists of 15+ editors from across the world, working together to produce VSLs (video sales letters), ads and organic content for different platforms.
You’ll be producing high-converting Facebook and YouTube video ads. You may also be working on TikTok ads and other organic content videos.
When working on projects for us, you’ll get access to an extensive video library including:
– Professionally shot in-house b-roll footage.
– Content from our online video training programs.
– Video testimonials from our customers.
– Custom product graphics / animations.
We have a never-ending need for video ads and are constantly growing. There’s lots of potential to thrive and produce ads that potentially bring in thousands of customers and bring in hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue.

We’re looking for our next superstar video editor to start working with us as soon as possible. Someone with a high degree of video editing skill and speed that has bandwidth for a full-time level of work (~40 hours per week).
Here are some of the qualities we’re looking for:
– Strong technical skills using Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
– Experience with After Effects and color grading preferred.
– Good understanding of video and audio formats, codecs, and compression.
– Self-starter / takes initiative rather than waiting around for someone else to fix a problem.
– Work submitted on time, fast turnaround.
– Able to follow specific instructions when required.
– Creative and willing to try new things, in addition to following proven best practices.
– Great design skills and an eye for what looks good.
– Able to come up with creative solutions and have a good eye for visual storytelling.
– Can take a script or a concept and turn it into a compelling visual narrative.
– Able to use editing techniques to convey emotions and ideas.
– High attention to detail and the ability to spot and fix errors in the video, audio, and timing.
– Can work well in a team and be able to take direction and feedback from others.
– Communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
– Able to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
– Able to adapt to different styles of video.
– Already know about golf or are willing to learn in order to understand our customer better.
In order to be successful in this role, you don’t need to be a golf expert, however you must have some knowledge about the game of golf, or be willing to take the time to learn about golf.
If you already are familiar with golf, that’s a huge advantage.
If you don’t know much about golf but would love to learn more, great!

** Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 16GB RAM
** Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
** Need to have professional editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Davinci Resolve)
** At least 8TB to 10TB hard drive storage is a must.

Work schedule: Monday – Friday – 9AM EST – 5PM // 10PM – 6AM PH Time (flexibility to adjust by 2 hours)
Salary Range: Php 60,000 – 100,000/month
